From the Artist ...

I am so delighted to report that our dream is becoming reality. Through sharing my photography, Landscapes Within is generating funds we are contributing to Alzheimer's research in honor of my father's battle. As we grow, so will the donations.

Many of the photographs were taken with film, Provia 100, and others digitally with a 12.8 mega pixel Canon 5D. All use natural light.

We have chosen the finest printers and selected the finest papers. Our objective is to be sure the cards feel as special as they look

These images reflect my awe of the enormous breadth of lights and darks life offers. Many of the photographs include both almost black and almost white within the same, simple, extraordinary bloom. My years working with hospice and my personal experiences have shown me how much life can weave together amazing extremes - somehow creating opportunities for beauty, growth, compassion, and sensitivity.

We choose to spend extra financial resources to protect the earth's precious natural resources. Our latest paper choice is New Leaf Paper which is 50% post-consumer recycled, elemental chlorine-free, Ancient Forest Friendly, and is even produced with 100% renewable energy!
